Our evening menu begins with Serenata de Bacalao, a traditional salted cod dish, gently simmered with tomatoes, olives, and peppers. Next, enjoy Pernil, slow-roasted pork with garlicky, herb-infused flavor, paired with Arroz con Gandules, Puerto Rico’s signature dish of rice and pigeon peas, and Guineos en Escabeche, tender green bananas marinated in a tangy, savory dressing.
