Craft Cocktail Steward (Part-Time)
Join one of West Virginia's most distinctive hospitality experiences. The Inn at Lost River is seeking a part-time Craft Cocktail Steward for our Storehouse Evenings, an intimate cocktail lounge experience held in our historic general store.
This is not a high-volume bar job.
We're looking for someone who enjoys making exceptional drinks with fresh ingredients, premium spirits, house-made syrups, local products, and thoughtful presentation. Our guests come for conversation, atmosphere, and craftsmanship as much as the cocktails themselves.

What You'll Do

Prepare handcrafted classic and seasonal cocktails

Learn our signature cocktail menu and recipes

Batch and prepare house-made syrups, garnishes, and cocktail ingredients

Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful bar

Engage guests with warmth and genuine hospitality

Recommend cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and small plates

Assist with opening and closing duties

Help maintain inventory and communicate supply needs

Work alongside a small, close-knit hospitality team

Preferred Qualifications

Bartending or hospitality experience preferred

Experience with classic cocktails is a plus

Knowledge of bourbon, rye, rum, gin, tequila, wine, and beer is helpful

TIPS certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
Schedule
Primarily Friday and Saturday evenings, with occasional special events. Approximately 10-20 hours per week.
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage plus tips.
